I truly cannot say enough good things about Allison. My family has bought and sold about 6 properties with her. Frankly, I’ve always found realtors to be a bit odd. But Allison is very easy to talk to and relate to. Her calming presence is super helpful when dealing with more stressful negotiations. I found that she always leads us in the right direction and she doesn’t just tell us what we want to hear. She is connected with a lot of other realtors, brokers, and lenders and can guide you on who to use for the latter. I can honestly say I don’t think there is anything I would have wanted her to do differently if so I probably would not have used her so many times. I personally would never use anyone else. Allison sold our condo in 3 days for full price! She has a remarkable talent for bringing people together and establishing relationships with the buyer’s agent that makes a win-win for all involved. We do not live in Pittsburgh so selling a condo long distance presented a particular challenge especially because there were repairs to be done. She did all of the liaison work to set up contractors, be on the spot for their arrival, and ensure that the work was done properly. All was accomplished in a professional and positive manner.
